Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the displayed image.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage, defect, or mismatch, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

الاستبدال متاح خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبكامل التغليف. ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.
أما الاسترجاع، فلا يمكن إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفًا، أو به عيب، أو غير مطابق للصورة الموضحة.
عند وصول المنتج، يرجى التأكد منه فورًا. في حال وجود تلف أو عيب أو عدم مطابقة المنتج للصورة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة مع إرفاق صور واضحة.
